A list of all medications, dosages and frequencies
A list of all treating physicians, counsellors and their contact information
Personal electronic devices (i.e., cell phone, tablet, laptop)
Weather/seasonal appropriate clothing
Sweats, sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, bathing suit (summer only), exercise/yoga clothing
Toiletries (make-up, hair products, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving articles, personal hygiene products)
Cash and/or debit/credit cards for incidentals
