Wake up to the peaceful sounds of the ocean and the local wildlife before having a relaxing Coffee/Tea/Juice on your balcony. Followed by a morning mediation, exercise or for the really keen; watch the sun rise at the beach. Have one of our chefs cook you breakfast to help prepare you for a busy day.
Get into some workshops before lunch with one of our clinical team members. After lunch, engage in one to one therapy with your primary counsellor. Spend the latter part of the afternoon with one of the recreational team for hiking, personal training, physical and nutritional assessments or just exploring the beautiful Eastern shore of Nova Scotia.
Each evening, after a delicious meal prepared by the chefs, you can enjoy different activities. There are scheduled Yoga classes, the opportunity to attend off-site 12-step meetings if desired, movies and games with the group and there is always the option for some quiet reflection time to process the contents of the day.
