The Terradyne Addiction Recovery Team understands that recovery is a long-term concept and we emphasize the importance of staying connected after the Residential program - where recovery mostly happens
The chances of a successful recovery (one year consistent clean time) triples for those that stay connected to recovery based activities and groups.
Terradyne Addiction Treatment Services in Nova Scotia offers weekly virtual group aftercare sessions with a registered therapist and a social worker for the first 3 months after the Residential Addiction Recovery Program has ended. These sessions allow our alumni to check-in with each other on a weekly, as-needed basis and also allows them to stay connected in the first 3 months post-treatment. Terradyne believes that building an Alumni of graduates will enable clients to develop support for each other and an important sense of community and belonging.
