Intensive Therapeutic Program
Evidence-Based Approach
We understand that the complexity of Substance Use Disorder requires an eclectic mix of treatment options in order to formulate personalized addiction treatment plans. Our Clinical team have experience and certifications in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Narrative, strengths based, solution focused, inner child and trauma informed therapeutic approaches. This gives the team an excellent advantage in being able to draw from the theory and approach that is going to best suit you and build a strong recovery base.
Individual Therapy
Clients are able to access individual addiction therapy each week in a formal setting. A client's first week of programming is less intensive and allows for individuals to acclimate to their new environment and get settled in. Therapy sessions may be less intensive during this time.
Psychoeducational Workshops
There will be an opportunity to learn about addiction through a series of workshops that have been developed over the last decade bringing together all the essential tools to support you towards a strong recovery.
Group Therapy
In addition to individual addiction therapy, Terradyne offers group therapy sessions facilitated by experienced therapists..
